Some fabulous pumpkins

Just some pumpkins done for my art class. Colored pencil and graphite.

Backdrop

The backdrop for Kansas (and maybe the scarecrow's scene) in the Wizard of Oz. Took me a solid week - let none of the slanderous lies about a week and a half fool you. I need to take a shot of it once we have it hung with all the wrinkles out. This is it on the floor and me on the catwalk. Also, I did use CamScanner to make it look like I didn't take it from a crazy angle. Like I did.

All done on a muslin - with a huge seam down it lengthwise! - and house paint. The blue and green was laid down with rollers, the rest was hand painted with a brush. A part of me died doing this, I worked so hard.
